Q:Can I order online?

A:Our products are just too complex to narrow down to a shopping cart. You would be so limited in your choices and more than 50%of our customers like to individualize their products to make their car unique! So, PLEASE….Call us to order! We love to chat with you to make sure we have all the vehicle details, and all the colors you want to make your interior special.


Q: What seats do I have?

A: Click here for our seating guide (Bug & Ghia only at this time). Please note……these guides are for reference only and pleating may be different then pictured in seating guide. Please use the pictures to help identify the shape of your seats. We will help you as much as we can and may give you our best guess at your seats but ultimately it is your decision on what year covers you would like to order.


Q: How long does it take to make my order?

A: Due to Covid-related restrictions and an incredible influx of orders we need 8-10 weeks to manufacture your products. Please keep this in mind when placing an order, we are working diligently to reduce the order processing time.  It is all hand-made, specifically just for you!


Q: How do I pay?

A: We accept Visa, MC, and Discover, or Money orders. Payment must be made in full before we begin making your custom items.


Q: Can you get special order colors?

A: Yes, we can order special order colors if you provide us with a small sample of what you are trying to mat


Q: How do you ship?

A: UPS ground. Overnight available on request.


Q: How much is shipping?

A: It depends on the items ordered, but usually about 5-8% of the total order.
